My order was confused by the carrier company, I could not get it and he returned to the seller. I wrote to the seller, explained the situation, he sent me the order again, but by another carrier. After receiving, I found out that one of the two caps is not working correctly, the glow modes were not switched on it. I wrote this to the seller, sent a confirmation video and the seller returned me half the order value and the BG points spent. I was very pleased with the seller. The product itself glows very brightly, has several modes of operation, batteries included.
