battery does not come out.so life is limited.time will tell. but i still think it's well made.durible.can be plugged in while using. but it's dead,when lights blinks one. can't see it coming. but fully charged; it lasts on high.about 3 1/2 to 5 hours if u don't need bright light. has lots of options for different situations. good price for above average light.like single head band. forwhen u have hat on.or beanie for cold.battery and light s in same unit.and strap connections haven't broken off like most when there separate.
