I chose the EU version, it arrived 15 days after order placed, well ahead of expectation. Came with MIUI11/Android10, immediately offered upgrade to MIUI12/Android11 which downloaded and installed seamlessly. The phone looks good, feels great in my hand and responds to touch and gestures with alacrity. I like the Xiaomi UI customizations, battery life is amazing and not being an earbud fan, I really appreciate the FM radio not requiring an external antenna. I do miss "Call Recording" which was a feature on my old Redmi Note 2 and the display is adequately bright rather than great when outside in sunlight (which I had read in reviews) but overall, I'm loving it!
