After I opened the package I noticed a finger print on the side motion detector. Not sure why this is, but can only assume it was a display model or an exchanged item, who knows. Box was crushed on one side, but no product was damaged as far as I can tell. The device works really well, however my lever action sink tap seal is not strong enough for the water pressure, and causes my tap to leak water profusely. This device is not suitable for my kitchen sink and is most likely suitable for a sink tap that has knobs you turn instead of a lever action.
