Robvk66 I used one of these lifting up about 10 feet (3m) and then going through 50metres of 0.5inch black poly pipe to solar heat my hydrodipping tank and worked well for 3 years. I then added a second one of these pumps IN SERIES and it more than doubled the volume through the 50m of pipe.

Rob Itshould work with camera or mobile assuming the connections are the same. The plug it comes with is a 3.5mm with the mic connected across tip and base of the stereo plug.
