kezbaroo I doubt that this pump is capable of lifting water 5m. Probably a diaphragm pump would be more suitable. In any case you would not connect a solar panel directly to a pump as you need to regulate it. There are special regulators called pump maximisers used this purpose. If connected directly it will likely stall early morning and stay stalled and overheat and be damaged when the sun increases. Motors need a high current to start.

kezbaroo Thespec sheet for the SRA-12VDC-CL - Ningbo songle relay only covers operation up to 125VAC. So while it would probably work ok, it is not warranted to work at this voltage.
