BG104413371 hi i was writing blackview and there is a software error me on the broken microphone didn't work over the video call v mesenger and zoom helped by an update sent by Hardware and Software Issues Email: support02@blackview.hk you need to update by email you send the subr to download and the manual you have to follow Tab10_EEA_TP717_V1.0_20210824V09
