Despatched promptly, took a while to get here, but it still came well before the phone! I really like the colour - it's a slightly pinky red, rather than a bright vermillion red. It fits the phone well and isn't bulky. I haven't dropped my phone yet, so I can't vouch for it's effectiveness in protecting it.

I love this phone! OK, so it's the first new phone I've had in 5 years, but so far it's been easy to use, the battery life is amazing, lovely screen size. I like the facial recognition and finger print sensor (especially as some apps also use fingerprints for security now). The despatch and delivery... not soooo great. Initially I ordered a red 1+5T, which wasn't in stock at the time (neither were the other colours, to be fair). The despatch date came and went, no despatch. I got in touch with customer service, who were helpful, and they changed my order to a white phone (which was in stock by then). It was slightly worrying as my order didn't actually change. I was also a bit annoyed by the fact that I had to pay an extra few $Au, given that the original order wasn't sent when it was supposed to be (and especially as the bank then charges foreign transaction fees). The phone was then despatched the following day, but it took another 7 days to get to Switzerland (?!)... from Hong Kong... then another 5 days to be despatched to Australia (I can't see how it can be economical to send items from Hong Kong to Australia via Switzerland!) - so it took over 2 weeks for the phone to arrive. The tracking wasn't great either - when the phone actually arrived, there was even in Australia (and the parcel was just dumped on my front doorstep, even though we were in!). Yes, it came well before the estimated delivery date, but I think they say 5 weeks (which is ridiculous!) to cover their backs in case something goes wrong. So, summary - phone is awesome, the price was great, customer service is pretty good, delivery is pretty slow. So just make sure you don't want anything in a hurry!
