BG454864544 Actually, If you read the specs descriptio n further, there are no flat top cells included with this torch. Also, BLF i.e. Budget Light. Forums, recomends protected cells to be used with this torch as well. the Samsung 30q 18650's shown seems to be a marketing ploy...

Jacob same manual for both versions. They both work exactly the same
Jacob It's best to buy your own. Companies don't always bundle the best battery
