The order was made 29/12/20 from a warehouse in the Czech Republic with delivery time 7 to 15 working delivery not to be confused 7 to 15 working days are 14 to 30 calendars. On 28/1/21 the company without informing me about something just puts an order with the same product again. I wonder what happens I let a few days pass and after I see that the first tracking code is dead I send a message. They inform me that the first parcel was lost on the way and I will send another one immediately.Sometime in late February I contacted a dealer and he assured me that in a week there will be stock in the warehouse and the parcel will be sent normally.after a week maybe two I contact another dealer again and his first conversation was if I want to get my 800 banggood points for its delays and for my concern about the matter. with the assurance that the team is working hard and that we will definitely have results in the next two weeks, final these points never entered my account. final on 15/3/21 the product left the warehouses and on 27/3/21 I received my package. final after 3 months it became possible to receive my package a package which the shipping method was EU prioriti line.I'm disappointed by banggood honestly too much I do not think I will order anything from this site again It would be better to place the order with the company that sold the product from the beginning
