geschild I checked it with a 15mm drill. It fits through the opening. But it slitly touched the isolation of one of my two transformers. So, maximum 15mm better only 14mm.

This is a great product. I mounted it in my camping car. It is easy to handle. Radio, USB and Bluetooth connection are verygood. The screen is good to read. I only added a anti reflex folie.
