Order that this battery on 5 February 2018 order number43886803 tracking information hasn't changed keep saying item ready for shipment have gone on to live chat twice, both times same excuses wait five days emailing logistics company would be getting back to you by email. This is my second time ordering items from this company and will be my last. I place one order, but it looks to me the items are coming from four different shops to shops in the Netherlands to shops in China I paid extra the shipping is this was the problem with my last order agent advised me to pay the extra shipping today is 23 February 2018. Still no sign of my battery for my AOSENAM CG035
