First I want to give five stars to customer service. Accidentally I ordered the EU plug and contacted online customer service who changed this to the US plug I wanted. It arrived with the US plug as I needed. Thank you! Now the review of the item. I connected it to wifi according to the instructions which was extremely easy and quick to accomplish. I am using it to monitor the temperature of a freezer. It started working right away, and appears to be very sensitive to temperature changes. I also tested the maximum temperature alarm I set, and it worked fine with a low temperature warning sent to my phone right away. I would definitely recommend this item. This is my third transaction with Banggood, and I would absolutely recommend this company. Their international shipping is relatively quick, and their customer service has been excellent. Thanks!!! I am a very happy customer who will buy from you again, and you have a wide selection of products with lower prices when I need items.

I recommend Banggood for making online purchases since their international shipping is very quick. This item arrived faster than an order placed with a Canadian company, where I live, on the same date. Their prices are reasonable, and I could not find wifi smoke detectors anywhere else in Canada. This is my fourth order from Banggood, and I recommend them for online purchases. The smoke detectors were very easy and fast to connect to wifi using the included instructions. The setup is very intuitive. The units started to work immediately without any issues, and have been performing well. They all communicate with my phone app nicely. I would recommend these smoke detectors.

This is exactly what I was looking at for a very reasonable price with free shipping. Everywhere else I looked on the internet for this item the price was much higher with outrageous cost for shipping to Canada. Bangood is wonderful with free international shipping. It took a bit longer than estimated, but was still very fast. The item is exactly as advertised and arrived in new condition in factory packaging. I was skeptical of Bangood when I first found the website, but do not hesitate to order from this company.
