I love this light. I run a sanyo ur14500 unprotected flat top and this little sucker is so bright I can see into the future...It throws but still has enough spill to be a general purpose light... it is brighter than a cheap c8 with t6 emitter and not as bright as a convoy c8 with xplhi but pound for pound, its a dang good light. The UI is confusing... sit down and figure out what all settings you want as far as mode group, memory, and hi-low/low-hi and set it onwhat you want and leave it alone, you dont have to try to retain all that info of all the different groups, the only things you need to know how to do by memory is that a long press takes you to turbo, another strobe (which i dont really use), and another battery check (which i use all the time).... other than that, the first option in the menu is how you turn muggle mode on and off. So just sit down with the instructions one day and figure out what mode group and memory settings you want, and the only thing you need to actually learn is how to quickly get to turbo, batt check, and muggle mode. the clip on this light is good quality and you gotta love illuminated tailswitches... build quality is 8/10, the clip is good quality, its seems to be holding up well, its a little more expensive than some lights but not near as expensive as others so the value is good not great

Jwscottrell those li-ons don’t like cold temps....

Nice lock, not very sturdy but good enough when secured in the frame but unfortunately does not work when it gets cold. It's been -5 to +5 outside recently and the locks won't work until they have had 30 seconds of power to 'twitch' around and warm up, then they lock. Any subsequent lock after that is instant as they must have warmed up and retain their heat when kept locked. They are therefore fine if used for access control but if you leave them unlocked for a while and they cool down they are very reluctant to lock again. I have 2 on the same door and both seem to have the same problem. I am yet to try a different power supply in case that's the issue but I doubt it, it's a laptop 3A supply and never gets cold as it's heated inside
