Eelko Van Der Does Diode lasers never work on clear materials. There are methods you can use to engrave, but not cut.

I have had a loads of fun crafting things with mine so far. Definitely recommend buying "lightburn" software to help run it with way more flexibility. Cuts through 3mm plywood (speed 300, 5-6 repeats). Engraving thing is super easy, even with the free software. Would (and have) recommended this to people who want to get into some laser engraving without spending thousands.

Flies really well in medium winds. In high winds it tends to start doing loop-de-loops. Dissapointed it didnt come in whale colours.... But still, great kite.

I was surprised at the quality of this. The only thing I found wrong was that the velocity of each key was not to my liking, I feel that the velocity on every key is not constant.... Perhaps that is because i play like a noob though... In any case, I like to play with the velocity turned off. I also noticed that all my drumpads are white (when lit) unlike the image which shows them having different colors... I am unsure if this is a feature that I need to unlock or simply a difference to the reference model. In any case, if you are after a cheap midi controller for your daw, and you don't care too much about the velocity of notes, this is worth considering.
