The Klarus K1 charger is good value for the money. It is well built and will charge almost any battery that you own including NiMH and most Lithium ion batteries. The charger recognizes battery type automatically but you have to select the voltage for LiFePO4. There was no problem with inserting long 18650 batteries. The default is a 0.5 amp charging current that can be increased to 1 amp by pressing the select switch for a couple of seconds - not a good idea for AAAA NiMH! Since the charger is designed to accommodate the large 26650 batteries, you have to be careful to make sure that smaller diameter batteries are centred in the slot, particularly with button tops. The charger has a protection circuit for reverse polarity and short circuit and shuts off to prevent overcharging. Although I did not test, it it is supposed to reactivate Li Ion batteries whose protection circuit has been tripped.The display is somewhat confusing and when I inserted an almost charged NiMH battery all four blue lights activated with the 3.7V light flashing - it looked like it was confused as to the type of battery. Apparently, the type of battery is only shown momentarily when you insert it, then the display shows the state of charge by flashing one to four blue lights. The display would be better designed if one light showed the battery type and another display showed the charging state. Charge termination seemed slightly early for Li-ion batteries compared to my higher-end chargers - not a bad thing to preserve battery life.

Klarus G35 is a well built flashlight shipped in simple packaging so you are not paying for expensive cases. The light fits comfortably in your hand with good balance and is small enough to fit in a backpack. The well-machined battery compartment had well lubricated threads and easily fits longer 18650 batteries with protection circuits - the 3-slot chamber was probably designed to accommodate the Klarus line of batteries with built-in USB charger. You should probably check the fit if you only have the short (65mm) unprotected cells. The led is well centred in the reflector with no evidence of dust contamination on the reflector surface. The flashlight will stand on the tail but with a slight wobble as the tail switch does extend slightly. Operation of the light is simple and both switches on the tail and on the side function in the same way.There is a lock out function for those who want to safely pack away the light. The flashing coloured led in the side switch indicates battery charge when initially pressed. The spot beam has sufficient spill to be useful. The beam drops from turbo 2000 lumens to a high 400 lumens. This seems like a big drop but in reality only looks about half as bright and with a run time in high of over 13 hours it is probably the setting you will use the most. Overall, a great, well built, practical light with few faults, much more useful than the unwieldy "mega throwers”.

it works and lasts approximately half an hour. It is perfect for small rooms, the car or in the kitchen near cooking odours. I'm very pleased with it!

The watch works fine but I wasn't able to get the date to set at all. But, for the price I guess I can't complain.
