Q: Does this stick to the magnetic base plate of the Ender 3 Pro?

BeatPlay TL;DR: Yes, but not as good as the original Long version: The Ender 3 Pro's system uses a magnetic sticker and a counter magnetic flexible surface. This means by replacing one of these the magnetisms strenght is halfed. This shouldn't be that much of a problem, but might become one when the magnetic sticker ages due to the Curié-Temperature of 80°C. You might wanna look into some more heat-resistant magnets to glue onto the under-side of the PCB, this works well for me and a nice side-effect is the bed heating way faster.
