Mehmet Don't worry it is not a defect. İt is needed to drive straight and make tight turns. İt is called toe. The front tires align outward which is toe out and rear wheels align inward which is toe in. ıf you check carefully you should also notice the toe in on the rear wheels. So it is totally a normal thing.

Mehmet you may need a water cooling jacket for boat application. Other than cooling there shouldn't be any issue. 45amp esc is recommended.

Mehmet differentials, diff pinion, motor pinion and spur is compatible. drive shaft is not.

Q: will this work for a 1/14 scale hyper go cars and a 1/16 scale FUUY brushless truggy?

Mehmet It is not suitable for 1:14 hyper go. Motor size is bigger and would not fit to the motor mount. You can use the esc on hyper go but motor would not fit.

Mehmet 3900kv would be good upto 3s. for 4s you need <3000kv motor
