BG171110184 Hello, I also normally wear US 10.5 and I must say that You went correct with the 46 size! 47 are waaaay to big! important notice: 45 would also fit, but as You mentioned - these are tight in some places, namely in terms of width. I have regular european feet (egyptian type, regular sole). I hope this would help You guys :) cheers
