Geoff The IR LED's are hidden behind the front facia and turn on automatically when required. No mystery. LOL

Geoff Itworks fine with other Digoo Weather stations, such as DG-TH8380. The default channel is '1', so it's just a case of switching the original sensor to '2' or '3'
Q: 2G finished in many countries years ago! Is there a 3/4G version available?

Geoff Definitely NO. A battery will supply far too many amps and destroy it immediately. I'm a qualified technician and know what happens!
